IS-Wireless is proud to communicate the latest product update:
5G waveform in LTE PHY Lab!
As a result of our partnership with Alcatel-Lucent within 5GNOW project we incorporated into LTE PHY Lab one of the promising candidate 5G waveforms, namely UFMC. Thanks to this our customers can generate and analyze 5G waveforms operating within the standard LTE radio frame.
The simulation tool allows users to perform comparative performance testing and benchmarking with 4G. With the inclusion of UFMC we demostrated that LTE PHY Lab is a forward-looking, customizable link-level platform for R&D on any potential candidate 5G waveform.
“As we were the first on the market to include LTE-Advanced features in a form of a library for Matlab, now we are the first to include 5G waveforms. This is a result of our fruitful collaboration within a trend-setting 5GNOW project.” says Dr. Slawomir Pietrzyk, CEO at IS-Wireless.
